With dedication and creativity, Chad Caswell developed the “Kingsport Time Traveler”, a free downloadable app featuring a walking tour of downtown Kingsport that utilizes historic photographs and text to engage visitors, allowing them to learn about the history of buildings, people, and businesses that shaped the city.  The very popular “Then and Now” option allows tour goers to take and compare current photos with historic images of each location.
