Benna van Vuuren received the Community History Award for her work with establishing the Knox County Museum of Education. A retired educator, Benna van Vuuren has worked tirelessly to collect and preserve the history of Knox County Schools for today and future generations and was the guiding force behind the establishment of the Knox County Museum of Education.
